How to track your Amazon order

We know you’re excited to get your hands on your purchase. To keep you updated on your order status, Amazon will send you an additional confirmation email as soon as your order has left its warehouses.

Depending on the availability of the items you ordered, they may be shipped in separate parcels. Each parcel will have its own delivery date and tracking number, which you can use to track its progress online. You will receive a confirmation email for each parcel with the relevant tracking number once dispatched.

Note

Some parcels, especially those that are shipped with Standard International Delivery method, may not have tracking information available. This is due to the limitations of the postal services in some countries. However, this does not affect the delivery of your order. You can still expect to receive your order within the estimated delivery time.

If you have received a confirmation email with a tracking number, you can enter it in the box below and click on the “Track” button. This will show you the tracking information of the courier service that is handling your parcel, where you can see the current location and status of your parcel in your language.
