Reject the delivery
The simplest way is to reject the delivery when it arrives at your door. Just tell the courier that you don’t want the package and ask them to send it back to the sender for free. The return address is already printed on the parcel, so you don’t have to worry about anything.

Another option is to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. You can do this by following the online instructions.

Contact Amazon
Another option is to contact Amazon in English language within 30 days of receiving your order and request a return. To make the process faster and easier, have your order number with you. You can find it in the confirmation email that Amazon sent you when you placed your order.

After completing your return request, a return label will be issued for you. Print and attach the label to the parcel and choose to either hand it over to the courier or drop it off at a local store or parcel locker that accepts deliveries by the courier shown on the label (usually DHL or UPS).
